- Washing: Always turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the chest print from friction. Use cold water (30°C / 85°F) on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
- Avoiding Fabric Softener: Skip liquid fabric softeners. They coat the interior yarn loops in a chemical film, which reduces the fabric's natural breathability and absorbency over time.
- Drying: For best results, air dry flat or hang it out of direct sunlight. If you must use a machine, tumble dry on the lowest heat setting to prevent cotton shrinkage.
- Ironing: Iron only on a low-to-medium setting with the garment remaining inside out. Never iron directly over the printed graphic, as the direct heat can melt or crack the design.
